Please note that if you need something to arrive by a certain date, please call us to make sure it will arrive in time! We use FedEx Ground and Priority Mail through the US Postal Service to ship our packages as we have found them to be very reliable, easily traceable, and cost effective. Our online store is connected directly to the FedEx and USPS rate calculators and calculates your order's shipping charges based on the weight of your package plus the location (zone) it is being shipped to. Our shopping cart will charge your card at the time that you place your order and you will be emailed a receipt of your order at that time. Upon shipment of your order, another email will be sent with package tracking information. If your shipment is with FedEx, you can sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager here to track your shipment.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure to choose a secure location for shipping. If your package shows delivered, please contact your local Post Office or FedEx location depending upon which carrier was used for your shipment, to help further.
We occasionally offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount as well as flat rate shipping which applies to most items in our store except for Gift Baskets, Aromatherapy Diffusers and Liquid Soap Refill Pouches. This is due to the fact that these products are bulky or fragile and require extra protection and care to ensure they arrive safely. Thank you for understanding.
