If you have not received an email with tracking information, please contact us.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. Please make sure you ship to a secure location. If you received tracking information but never received your package, ensure sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Number(s), check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "Delivered", please contact the carrier for assistance.
Order Turnaround Time: The total shipping time for your order is our turnaround time plus the time in transit. We strive for a 24 - 48 hour turnaround upon receipt of payment, but during busy times such as the holiday season or during sales, it can be as much as 3-4 days. Orders placed over the weekend will not ship until the following week. All orders are shipped from Napa, CA.

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as quickly as possible. We often fulfill orders the same day they are placed, and once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product.

For orders less than $100, shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your Cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
Shipping is free for orders of $100 or more (some restrictions apply).
International Shipping: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. -
When our old molds were ready to be retired, we replaced them. The updated shape is easier to store and is more conducive to a broader range of shelving styles. The new bars are a whole ounce larger - enjoy!

Free Shipping: Free shipping is available on orders over $100. This applies to most items in our store except for Gift Baskets, Aromatherapy Diffusers and Liquid Soap Refills. These products are bulky or fragile and require extra protection and care to ensure they arrive safely. Additionally, our discounts cannot be combined with free shipping.

Returns & Exchanges: Unused items in original condition can be returned less shipping costs within 10 days of receipt. Please contact us via email or phone to process a return or exchange. Proof of purchase in the form of your receipt is required for online and in-store orders.
